IVP Limited (IVP) is a publicly listed company founded in 1929. The company is recognized as a pioneer of Foundry Chemicals in India since 1965 and supplies a full range of Polymer Binders and Coatings to leading foundries in India. In addition to Foundry Chemicals, the company also produces Polymer Resins for various applications such as insulation, composites, refractory lining, footwear, and lamination adhesives, etc.

Mr. T. K. Gowrishankar, a Commerce Graduate and a qualified Chartered Accountant, embarked on his career as a Consultant with M/s. A. F. Ferguson & Co., Chartered Accountants. His corporate journey includes roles such as Management Accountant at the Swedish multinational Sandvik Asia Limited, Corporate VP - Finance and Planning at Wipro Limited, Executive Director at Emirates Industrial and Trading Co. Limited, UAE, and subsequently as Group Director in the multinational Allana Group. With over 50 years of Corporate Management experience and expertise in India and abroad, Mr. Gowrishankar brings a wealth of knowledge to his role.
Mr. Mandar Joshi assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at the Company on 11th August 2015 and was subsequently appointed as Whole Time Director & Chief Executive Officer on 1st August 2016. He holds a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Mumbai and an MMM (Marketing) from JBIMS, Mumbai University. With over 29 years of experience in the Chemical Industry, Mr. Joshi's journey began as a management trainee at Gharda Chemicals in 1995. He later joined the BASF Group in Ludwigshafen, Germany, in 1996, where he contributed for 5 years. Upon returning to India, he held various roles in different BASF group companies, showcasing his expertise in technical, commercial, and leadership functions, including positions such as Site Manufacturing Director and Business Director Polyurethanes.
Mr. Ranjeev Lodha, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management of Business Finance (MBF) from the Indian Institute of Finance, Delhi. With a wealth of over 34 years of experience in Corporate Finance, his expertise spans Mergers and Divestments, Financial Reporting and Consolidation, Treasury, Controlling, ERP system implementation, strategic finance, and investor relations. Mr. Lodha has held diverse roles at prominent entities, including Tata Chemicals Limited, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited, and Huhtamaki India Limited.
Mrs. Mala Todarwal is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has been a practising Chartered Accountant since 2009. Additionally, she is a member of the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society. Commencing her career at Deloitte, Ms. Todarwal currently serves as an active partner at M/s. Arun Todarwal & Associates LLP.
Mr. Anwar Husain Chauhan is a Commerce Graduate from Mumbai University and a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. His professional journey commenced as an Audit Manager with N.M. Raiji, after which he dedicated over 34 years to the Multinational Allana Group.
Mr. Pratik Kadakia has a B. Tech (Metallurgical Engineering) degree from IIT Bombay and a MMS degree from NMIMS, University of Mumbai. Since his post-graduation he has over worked in the chemicals and materials industry with several reputed organizations such as Dow Corning, Tata Group, etc. in senior leadership roles with his last being the Head for Composites Solutions business at Reliance Industries Ltd. In April 2022, Pratik founded and continues to run his own strategy consulting firm SSASM Consulting, serving clients in the chemical and materials industry for growth and performance improvement.
Mr. Rajkumar Lekhwani is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Member of ICAI) with over 24 years of extensive and diverse experience in Finance and Business Leadership across the FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, FMEG, and Capital Goods sectors. His professional journey includes a 14-year tenure at Procter & Gamble, and senior leadership roles at ACG and Crompton Greaves. Since August 2023, Mr. Raj has been serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Allana Group, a diversified global conglomerate with a turnover of USD 2 billion and operations in over 80 countries. He also serves on the Board of several Group companies. Mr. Raj has successfully managed large-scale P&Ls, overseeing operations of up to USD 5 billion. He has demonstrated strong expertise in Corporate Finance, including Taxation (Direct and Indirect), Treasury Management, Company Law Compliance, Mergers & Acquisitions, IPO Readiness, and Capital Structuring. With a robust foundation in Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Strategic Business Partnering, Mr. Raj is known for building high-performance teams, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving sustainable financial outcomes. His cross-functional leadership and global exposure enable him to operate effectively across diverse markets and business environments.
