Aluminum Silicate based refractory coatings having low reactivity to metal oxide. It is a gas permeable coating. They are recommended for G.I. / S.G. Iron castings. It is suitable for Silicate – CO2 systems and other organic binder systems.

Graphite based refractory coatings offer exceptional heat resistance, superior lubricating properties which reduce friction thereby enhancing mold release and extending equipment lifespan. These coatings contribute to smoother and dimension-ally accurate casting surfaces. It is recommended for GI and SG Iron castings, light to heavy section iron castings, manufacturing of Ingot molds etc. They are also suitable for Silicate-CO2, Green sand & other organic binder systems based on their grade.

Magnesite based refractory coatings form a durable and protective layer on molds and cores. They prevent mold – metal reactions. They are recommended for all types of light to heavy section manganese steel castings and are suitable for molds / cores made of Silicate - CO2 system and other organic sand binding systems.

Zircon based refractory coatings offer robust protection in high thermal environments. They reduce metal penetration and provide excellent erosion resistance thereby enhancing mold/core durability. They are an excellent choice for high precision castings. They are recommended for light to heavy section of GI and SG iron, steel and alloy steel castings. They are suitable for mold / cores made out of silicate CO2 system and organic sand binding systems.

Mixed refractories coatings utilize a fusion of refractory materials to deliver excellent thermal insulation, extensive coverage, minimal gas and smooth casting peel. They harness the ideal attributes of a range of refractories and provide optimum solutions across diverse applications. They are suited for light to heavy section of GI and SG iron, steel and alloy steel castings as well as non-ferrous applications. They are suitable for mold / cores made out of silicate CO2 system and organic sand binding systems.
